foreign fills
Foreign fills are welcome; but please note that there is no guarantee that an extension set applied by anyone outside of muse can be safely worked over. If your artist is unable to, in good conscience, complete the fill — usually due to natural lash damage as a result of unsatisfactory lash application — a removal and new set may have to be scheduled.
fill requirements
A minimum of 50% of lash extensions must remain on the lash line to qualify as a fill. Anything less will result in a full or half set service if artist's schedule allows, or a rescheduled full or half set.
72 hour guarantee
The artist understands that retention results are not entirely dependent on the client. For this reason, she offers a 72-hour guarantee which allows the client a complementary touch-up if for any reason the lash extensions are shedding excessively (without a natural lash attached) within the first three days. This is a sign that the retention issues may be application related.
maintenance guide
first-time clients:
IF YOU'VE BOOKED A...
... book for one hour at one week
... book for 1.5 hours at two weeks (most common)
... book for two hours at three weeks
note that this is a guide for the first fill booked. once we've determined your personal maintenance schedule following that, if for any reason you have to extend your time in between sessions, the rule of thumb is to add an extra half-hour for every week you must extend it
e.g. if you come in for one hour every two weeks, book for 1.5 hours at three weeks, or two hours at four weeks
